Amazon users will be able to pick up their online orders, food and non-food related products, in 13 stores located in Madrid.
DIA reinforces its cooperation with Amazon to provide yet one more service to customers.
DIA Group and Amazon expand their collaboration agreement to provide a new service to customers. Several lockers have been installed in 13 La Plaza de Dia stores so that purchases made through Amazon’s website can be picked up at the store.
Orders will be placed in an easy to use and safe pick-up lockers where customers can enter their PIN code or scan the bar code for collection. The lockers installed are automatic and are located at the entrance of the La Plaza de Dia stores. The pick-up time in the stores will be the same as the establishment’s opening hours, that is, from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm uninterruptedly.
Users of this service have three working days to pick-up the order, after this period the product will be returned to Amazon.

DIA Group and Amazon entered a collaboration agreement in September 2016 in which customers can buy La Plaza de Dia’s products on Amazon Prime Now and, recently, acquire Clarel’s own brand products in their online store located in Amazon’s marketplace.
